2)             Document Analysis – KONSiS Project Managers analyze the document and contact the client manager to get detailed instructions on the requirements.

3)             Allotting Resources – Document is dispatched to appropriate translator with relevant background in the subject matter.

5)             Discussion of Terminology – To help translators to adhere to proper terminology and provide more accuracy and consistency we use Translation Memory and CAT Tools like TRADOS and implement in technical translations. Some clients provide their own CAT Tools and we utilize client developed tools for their own projects.

6)             Translation - We have a higher standard of recruiting translators. We hire only professionals. We strictly maintain the quality standard throughout the engagement period with any client and our translators are aware of this.

7)             Proofreading and Quality Assurance - Our editors process all the translations. We provide only polished translations.
